About us
Paulpat Memorial Foundation was established to address critical gaps in healthcare access and reproductive health services affecting underserved and vulnerable communities.
Our Value
PMF is a health-focused nonprofit organization established in memory of Paul and Patricia, whose lives were marked by compassion, service, and a deep commitment to human dignity and family well-being. The Foundation was created to translate their values into sustainable, community-centered health interventions that address systemic healthcare inequities.
Our Mission
The Foundation’s mission is to improve health outcomes for underprivileged, disadvantaged, and vulnerable populations by expanding access to quality healthcare, fertility and reproductive health services, and preventive medical care, particularly in underserved and rural communities. Our work directly responds to gaps in healthcare access caused by financial hardship, geographic barriers, and social inequality.
Paulpat Memorial Foundation designs and implements programs that align with United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 3 (Good Health and Well-Being) by supporting access to essential health services, reproductive healthcare, and preventive interventions. Through targeted support for women and couples requiring fertility and reproductive health services, the Foundation also contributes to SDG 5 (Gender Equality) by promoting equitable access to reproductive healthcare and informed decision-making.
By prioritizing vulnerable populations and underserved communities, the Foundation advances SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities), ensuring that access to healthcare is not determined by socioeconomic status or location. Our model emphasizes collaboration with accredited healthcare providers, including our strategic partnership with Emobile Specialist Hospital, as well as engagement with donors, community leaders, and development partners supporting SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals).
PMF operates with strong governance, accountability, and transparency frameworks. All programs are designed with measurable outcomes, ethical service delivery, and sustainability at their core. Through financial assistance, medical referrals, counseling, community health outreach, and preventive healthcare campaigns, the Foundation delivers impact that is both human-centered and development-driven.
The Foundation stands as a living legacy of Paul and Patricia’s values, transforming remembrance into action by strengthening healthcare access, improving quality of life, and contributing to global health and development priorities.
